Everything we publish is protected: teaching materials, mark schemes, exemplar answers, blog articles and the design of this site. This page sets out what you may and may not do with it.

All course materials, writing packs, comprehension passages and mark schemes, model answers, blog posts, images and page designs are copyright Learn2Write unless credited otherwise.

Purchasing a pack grants a licence to print and use it with one pupil, or within one purchasing organisation where a bulk licence has been agreed. It does not transfer ownership.

What is not permitted

Reselling, redistributing or publishing our materials, in whole or in part.

Uploading our materials to file-sharing sites, group drives or public forums.

Using our materials, feedback or mark schemes as training data for automated or AI systems.

Trademarks

The Learn2Write name, the stylised wordmark and the nib device are trademarks of Learn2Write. They may not be used without written permission, except in factual references to our service.

Names of schools, examination boards and consortia mentioned on this site belong to their respective owners and are used descriptively only. No endorsement or affiliation is implied.

Reporting misuse

If you believe our material has been copied without permission, or that something on this site infringes your rights, email Contact@learn2write.co.uk with the details and we will investigate promptly.
