Terms & Conditions

These terms apply when you buy or use any Learn2Write service, including guided writing, comprehension packs, mock tests, evaluations and downloadable resources.

The service

We provide written feedback on work submitted by pupils, together with assignments, packs and mock papers. Marking is carried out by qualified educators.

Turnaround times quoted on the site are targets based on normal operation. We tell you promptly if a submission will take longer.

Accounts

An account must be opened and operated by an adult: a parent, guardian, tutor or organisation. You are responsible for keeping login details secure and for the work submitted through your account.

Please do not submit work that is not the pupil's own. Feedback is only useful on genuine work.

Payment and subscriptions

Prices are shown in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable. Subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled.

You may cancel a subscription at any time before the next renewal date. Cancellation stops future payments; it does not refund the current period, during which you keep access.

Refunds

If a piece of work is not marked, or the marking falls clearly short of the standard described, tell us and we will remark it or refund that item.

Digital downloads and packs are non-refundable once downloaded, except where they are faulty or not as described.

Intellectual property

Assignments, packs, mark schemes and model answers remain our property and are licensed for use by one pupil or one purchasing organisation. They may not be resold, shared publicly or used to train automated systems.

Pupils keep ownership of the work they write. We may use anonymised extracts as teaching examples only with permission.

Liability

We give our honest professional judgement on writing, but we cannot guarantee any particular exam result or school place.

Nothing in these terms limits liability where the law does not allow it to be limited.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; the current version is always published here with its date. Continued use after a change means acceptance.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
